Ubuntu Desktop Guide doesn't reflect ubuntu session

Public bug reported:
the "getting started with GNOME" "introduction to GNOME" and "start
applications" sections of the desktop guide refer to how those things
are done in vanilla GNOME and not the Ubuntu customized session. the
instructions work, but they don't accurately demonstrate how the Ubunt
Transient applications should not be grouped at the bottom when the user
specifically moves the launcher somewhere else.

Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: software-center
After installing an application, software center still says "you need to
install this app before you can review it." The only way to review an
app is to close software center, and then re-open it after

This is a serious usability bug that has been confirmed as such by
canonical's own user testing. This should NOT be marked as wontfix for
natty! A temporary fix that is better than the current implementation is
trivial.

Is fixing the duplicate heading trivial? if so, this could be a
papercut.
