The "to many iterations" part is harmless and can be ignored, it has
nothing to do with why the system crashes.
Your system is crashing because an IRQ gets disabled, when an IRQ get

I don't see how I can make it anymore clear, i name the file containing
garbage and what the garbage was.
Someone on the dev team must have edited the file cut and pasted lines
into the file while doing it and forgotten to erase them after they
converted them to rules.
