The ethernet seems to work correctly, from BIOS (wire test capabilities) and from ubuntu the LED blinks. But the connexion couldn't be etablished, so I decide to upgrade to Realtek's last driver, which didn't solve anything more. I've also tried to boot from a 12-04.4 LTS usb-key, and get the
