avoiding the rapidly upcoming problem.
I think this gnutls could get be extra annoying (or very noisy for
support) as bionic is both still active LTS and also apt itself uses
gnutls backend. ESM maybe

openjdk-11-jdk-headless (So new creation of keystore)

i don't know of any workaround. In our case it only triggered on
application start and not 100% of the time -> so just retrying a few

After some more testing that seems to be an upstream openjdk issue as
reported in https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8185424 [1].
Reason why it did only show up in debian/ubuntu builds is the patch:
disable-doclint-by-default.diff.
which defaults javadoc to -Xdoclint:none to avoid warnings.
Adding regression-update tag as that regression was introduced to trusty
via "updates, security (main)"
