libregina3-dev (3.5) from Maverick fixes this problem. So no need to
keep the Bug open anymore.

Uhm, just realized the posted patch is actually inverted. Of course the
VOID needs to be removed, not added.

umbrello crashed with SIGSEGV in QMetaObject::act
Since everyone here has the problem when upgrading from intrepid to
jaunty maybe I should mention that my system was a fresh install auf
jaunty alpha 4(?) being updated on a daily basis since then. At one time
(although I unfortunately did not pay attention when) update-notifier-
kde and kblueplugd
So I guess this is my "update-notifier-kde.py crashed with ImportError
in ()" on Jaunty then...

Well, not really sure this is indeed a dupe of 324465. Backtrace looks
somewhat different and the "partial fix" for 324465 at least did not
change anything for me. Still crashes the same with up-to-date jaunty
After installing uswsusp (according to a hint in Bug #332827, which was
probably just a reoccurance of this Bug) resume from hibernate worked.

Ok, took less than 10 seconds to make the X-Server crash again.
Nevertheless backtrace in kdm.log still looks the same. So I guess it is
as complete as it can get. Anything else that I should install/provide
to help debug the problem?

X.org crashes on repeated keypresses

I am hitting the problem on Jaunty pretty often (see attached kdm.log). On a
T61p Thinkpad with NVidia chipset running nvidia driver 180.37 (.29 and .35 did
not make any difference) with external monitor in "Xinerama" mode when I start
typing in a window displayed on the external monitor it usua
Nice. Wouldn't have thought it's just a missing package... After installing
uswsusp resume from hibernate indeed works fine now. Even wireless connection
is automatically reestablished. Very nice.
Thanks for the hint!
