It gave me an error while doing a normal "apt upgrade" that automatically
upgraded the nvidia package to "nvidia-340 340.106-0ubuntu3"
Then it keeps repeating the problem at each upgrade request, and even when
doing an "apt -f install".
The conflict was not present with the
apt-get -f install solved the problem for me

To fix the problem, I installed virtualbox-5.0 before installing
vitualbox and then I had to reinstall (with --reinstall apt-get option)
virtualbox-dkms.
