I had the same problem.
I solved the problem disabling the FXAA Antialiasing override in the
nvidia-settings tool.

I have the same problem, but i can relate it with conditions:
the trouble appears often when i am in battery and rarely when i'm plugged to
the line power.
The trouble appears when there is lot of wifi traffic, differents
networks.

Two sided options doesn't work well. Because print only even or odd
pages not sheets. Try to print a document using more pages for sheet and
