unable to install initramfs-tools 0.99ubuntu13.1. I'm not sure what
that package is or what it does, but it was an error encountered during
the upgrade process, so I thought I should report it.

permission denied error when I attempt to change the "nice" level of a
running process. The only way I can do it is if I open a terminal
