Here is the syslog from the beta1 install. No error 10 and no ntfs
error.
beta1 has ntfsresize 2.0.0, same as beta2.
It seems there is some parallelism, while you answer the dialogs in
ubiquity, some copying and partman actions are occurring on another
thread.

BETA1 does not exhibit this problem. The first install went well
(which was not where the problem surfaced) and the reinstall did show
me the "Who Are You" dialog.
BETA2 did not show me the "Who Are You" dialog. This is repeatable.

I would like to reopen this please. I downloaded OpenSUSE livecd and
installed it in the same fashion (same partitions) with no drama.
Opensuse auto detected the partitions, assigned them the way I did
manually, and installed first time.
I also booted win7 (from sda2) and setup a chkdisk and it f

Has anyone looked upstream to see if this problem is already reported?
This package is MOTU, so it is not maintained by Ubuntu. Saying ubuntu
is completely useless in the enterprise is a slight over-reaction.
No other distro has a fully functional mapi client either :)

Hate to pile on, but just wanted to express that lots of users count on
the "linux box" in the basement to keep their lans clean. Is there a
best practice that maybe sub another proxy other than tiny? I haven't

Could this be a caused by cross domain trusts or dns? In my case, we
have 2 domains and exchange only runs in 1. The workstation I was
testing with was getting dns from domain 2. The dns search suffix
being domain 2 might have done sth to this.

server (this is a work desktop). When I try to forward an email that

As a test, I installed TB 2.0.0.23 on my Crunchbang Linux netbook.
Similar results, strangely, the pause was not as long.
My desktop is a core2 duo with 4G or ram. the Netbook is a Dell mini9
with 2G of ram.
To trip it up on the netbook I did the following:

- choose Prelude session
- log in to aix box via ssh
- right click and choose Change Settings

Well, I seem to have it working by name and by ip address now. I dont
think any of my changes were necessary, my current config is the same as
the original, but it is working now.
Maybe the gconf schema or other config file formatting changed between
7.04 and 7.10 that just took me running throug

I turned off option in NM -> Configure VPN -> PPP Options -> Exclusive
device access, seemed to be better.
I tried with and without Configure VPN -> Routing -> Peer DNS through
tunnel no change

The initial bug reporter couldn't see the bluetooth adapter in lspci,
i'm almost sure this is some mini-usb connector. I bought my Dell 350
board after buying my e1505, so I installed it. Worked 50-50 with edgy,

my issue appears to be resolved by one of the two following actions:
1) a new dhcp client was installed via adept
2) when entering my wep key, i changed the key type in the drop down list to
"wep 40/104 bit hex". I did not see that dialog before, so it may have worked
with the older dhcp client.
I have same issue with Dell e1505 with ipw3945. worked fine with edgy,
upgrade to feisty beta. Can no longer get dhcp address.
