I no longer have that problem. It only happened once - the first time the
tomboy icon apeared on the notification area.
It is possible that it has been corrected with the following distribution
updates.
I tried to do the backtrace, but tomboy no longer crashed - it seams to be
perfectly ok.

I instaled Blender 2.43 version from Synaptic Package manager, previous to
gnome-compiz-manager also from Synaptic.
When i have GL desktop enabled, i can't work with Blender since it stalls, and
required to disable Gl desktop.
