failed to start back up.

Absolutely. And I can confirm that the issue is not due to my lack of
patience. It seems that it doesn't completely suspend as the power light
doesn't turn off. I will download and test the iso.

I'm not sure as I rarely ever used suspend. I used it solely for testing
purposes. Further observation has made me see that it appears that
rather than being unable to resume, it seems that it is unable to
