I have problems in X-Window. I found partial solution of this problem. I
do:
1. in terminal: sudo kbdrate -d 1 -r 50
2. System/Preference/Keyboard, tab General, move Speed rule to left position
(Slow).
But this is not good for me. I need delay 100 and speed 50.

1. I need delay 100 and keyboard repeat rate 50. Current parameters 250/32. It
is very slow for me.
