Strangely, sadly there still seems to be no accelerated (even though
binary-only) driver for the above
Besides laptops, a Hewlett-Packard HP Compaq dc7800p Convertible
Minitower (Core2Duo E6750 @ 2.66GHz, Grizzly mainboard with Q35
graphics) also wakes up from suspend only to running fans rather than
keyboard lights (Num Lock without effect of toggling LEDs) and screen
(black or no signal).
This
I worked around this entire issue by uninstalling all nvidia drivers,
and installing the nouveau driver. To my surprise, it supports dual
monitors on my Quadro FX 570. While the accellerated animations are
performing fabulous, Chromium won't render WebGL 3D (tells me that my
card doesn't
+1 @ Stéphane / #32. What is keeping these bugs from being fixed? Or are
people already working on them but we simply don't know yet? What can I

Running this kernel now and was greeted by another Apport popup. Since I
suspected this to be a leftover from the previous boot, I ignored it. I
will keep working with this kernel and report my findings here.
One thing that has not been solved with this kernel is the load - this
is still
Jeremy, do you mean to say that we actually _remove_ it from LO and then
package it? Because the presenter console has been an integral part of
LO since several versions. Why on earth would we do such a thing?
And what is the name of the package to be installed? I've been searching
in SC on a

So I guess it's too late now to add the presenter console to the
