edit /var/lib/dpkg/status file
search the kde-l10n-it entry end re-write the version
4:15.12.3-0ubuntu1.1 with 4:16.04.3-0ubuntu1
go ahead with the broken distro upgrade with commands:
sudo apt-get -f install
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
when the upgrade is finished
