Public bug reported:
Ubuntu 24.04 LTS ships with Pythn 3.12.
However, the included graphite-carbon package (version 1.1.7-1.1) is not
compatible with Python 3.12.
The service fails to start because router.py is including the package imp which
is not available any more.

The page https://changelogs.ubuntu.com/meta-release-lts doesn't contain version
24.01 any more
which is referenced in /etc/update-manager/meta-release
I think version 24 appeared there before.
