Thanks & sorry for belated response. I've never manually installed a new kernel (and am not sure how to proceed about checking integrity, etc.). Is there any resource you'd advice to get info on the topic? Thanks in advance. For now I can confirm that since I added this to the kernel options, I

Hello, I might have the same issue here, though, I have noted that from the time of the crash it seems to be at shutdown, however I am notified when I next boot the laptop. Perhaps others could check if the time does show that at startup or shutdown? Please see log attached for the latest crash.

I have also been trying to see what are the packages difference between the OEM version and 19.04 since I suspect that Dell might have addressed this issue in their version. I have a list of all packages that were on the OEM but that might be tedious. If we contacted Dell directly, would they be

Hello, I would like to note that I think that I also have something related to this bug - although with the normal 1920x1024 panel (on XPS 13 9380) with a fresh Ubuntu 19.04 install (so kernel 5+) - I did not test the OEM Ubuntu 18.04 LTS. The screen "flickers" from time to time (perhaps linked
