Michael, indeed, thanks for the heads up. I did try it when
researching the SRU, but I forgot to include evidence that it worked
just fine. I have collected that just now.

While there is a newer libecap in -proposed (1.0), the current squid3
version is under the 3.3 series, which can only be build with libecap
0.20.
In order to use the libecap in version available in proposed we would
need to update squid to 3.5, so while that does not happen it would be
good to fix

the time they required -D_GLIBCXX_USE_CXX11_ABI=0 since I didn't have a
libecap2 compiled for gcc5).
