Referencer should depend on librsvg2-common and and desktop-file-utils
in order to work also in kubuntu 9.04. librsvg2-common is required since
the application uses svg images as icons and desktop-file-utils is
required in order to open files

Using Kubuntu Feisty Fawn 7.04, i386, release version. Sometimes Ubuntu
fails to bring up non-root md arrays, which causes non-root filesystems
to be unmountable and interrupts the init process. /dev/md0, which
houses the root file
