Opps, I am sorry. After several trial, I realized that the Rhythm still
asks for Windows Media Audio (when I scan a new folder (of songs).
The method I posted above did not help, at least not in my case. :(

Later I found out that all I needed to do is to shut down the Totem and
to launch the application again, and all went smooth.
Ubuntu rocks (so far)!
