Invalid? How can the poppler people possibly justify the decision to
call this invalid? Did they even look at the evidence?
So much for the thank you for helping to make Ubuntu better message I got at
the beginning of this whole thing.
I guess I was wasting my time on this and I should just

When viewing a pdf file with the default document viewer the pages are
slow to render and will NOT display pictures at all. While the words

Yes, it's definitely reproducable. Run a chart, any chart, in
OpenAstrology.org and save it as either a jpg or a png. Open the new
file and look at it. Everything is piled up in the upper left corner of
the picture.

Saving charts to jpg png does not work
It's not a website. It's astrology software for Linux. Just like
OpenOffice.org is office software for Linux. Apparently, it uses eog for
some of it's functions since the bug report was autogenerated when the
error occurred.

While running OpenAstro.org I found that saving to jpg or png files
doesn't work. You end up with an empty chart and all the glyphs piled up
in the upper left corner of the picture. Saving to SVG format works
fine. I'm using Ubuntu 9 for netbooks.
