[Bug 673156] Re: New libpng crashes vlc

2010-11-10 Thread TomParker
Started it trying to open a random MP3 file. Don't even think it's got album art in it. Might be x64-specific? -- New libpng crashes vlc https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/673156 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. --

[Bug 673156] Re: New libpng crashes vlc

2010-11-10 Thread TomParker
I've just re-upgraded libpng back to the broken version and tested against the previously breaking file, and now all appears fine... yeah, looks like file corruption. I also saw something similar at one point while trying to install a new xulrunner-1.9.2 which appears to have fixed itself as well,

[Bug 512847] Re: NSS_VersionCheck fails to work as intended

2010-01-27 Thread TomParker
libnspr4-0d was at version 4.7.1+1.9-0ubuntu0.8.04.5. Upgrading this to 4.7.5-0ubuntu0.8.04.1 fixed the issue. One thing to do here might be to run PR_VersionCheck as well when NSS_VersionCheck fails, and print out some sort of check your nspr version is up to date if PR_VersionCheck fails. **
