Still happens for me with latest updates, running 9.04 (64 bit) on an Intel i5 750 + Gigabyte GA-P55-UD3 system (lspci output below). Very random, sometimes it occurs three times during an evening, then a week can pass without nothing (that I notice anyway). The freezes last a couple of minutes

Suspend to RAM stopped working for me on my Thinkpad R500 (ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3400) after I had upgraded from Intrepid to Jaunty (x86_64). Using the fglrx driver, the machine suspended fine but X failed to restore the screen after resume (got just a black screen). Upgrading to latest
