We've just been bitten by this, on a delivery of 20 machines to site; it
does seem to be fixed by #99, fortunately - I think it must be pretty
widespread, also happens on my mini-311c at home, which is up2date
As suggested in 543506, the following does appear to work. Have had to
do this on 20 machines destined for site, as we're under some pressure
to have them delivered:
