Tried to apply an upper and lower border in a spreadsheet to signify a
sub-total. Event though the Upper/Lower line option was applied (tried
using both the menu option Format > Cells > Borders Tab, and the tool-
bar button), there would only be a line the top border of the cell - and
this was black, regardless of the colour I chose.
NB: Also getting the lack of window controls & spreadsheet window
covering the Ubuntu menu bar, as per #162835 - have to close the
spreadsheet & exit OpenOffice to get back to the Desktop - no "minimise"
option.
