I have had slightly different behaviour over the last few Ubuntu releases
(currently 15.04)
For me, when Yelp tries to open a sgt-puzzles help file it falls back to
opening it in my Google Chrome browser.

I can confirm. This I have observed on Ubuntu 10.10 and Fedora 13.
However, ogg files encoded at 192kps show little or no choppiness
whereas those encoded at 160kps are noticeably choppy.
** Also affects: gstreamer0.10 (Fedora)
