This issue is solved by adding /usr/lib/jvm/java-7-openjdk-amd64/jre/lib/amd64
to the library path :
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH="/usr/lib/jvm/java-7-openjdk-amd64/jre/lib/amd64"
(or /etc/ld.so.conf.d/)
