I'm attaching an updated patch, however, as this is the first time I'm

I agree that it reveals a deeper issue. Would you suggest to remove all
old Upstart / System V files (for all Swift services) and replace them
with Systemd files?

I have the same issue, with a Logitech G500 mouse.
I find that if any application opens up secondary windows, like say a
search/replace dialog boxes, or even too many menus, then there seems to
be some sort of buffer that fills up and makes window dragging more and
