Public bug reported:
Volume Control form has level regulators of different lengths. This leads to a
sutuation when levels being set to equal volume appear in different positions
on the form (see Volume Control form screenshort attached). Even though the
screen shot shows "Output Devices" tab. T
Triggered on opening Sound properties. (The system has been upgraded
from 10.04).
