this is probably a downstream bug."
Should we do something now, to avoid this bug getting stuck?

Hi Bilal,
Since I upgraded to quantal this specific crash happened to me a couple
of times. I couldn't consistently reproduce it, but I can tell this last
time I clicked in the notification icon and in the notification specific
to the person that sent me the message. It opened the chat window, tha

I'm using quantal and I can confirm it still happens. (I'd mark the bug
as affecting me too, but LP is timing out consistently)
Using apt version 0.9.7.5ubuntu2.

I hit this bug three times since I upgraded from Precise to Quantal.
Maybe it's invalid for chromium-browser, but valid in unity webapps
context?

This happened to me today after dist-upgrading from precise to quantal.
Once the machine returned from reboot, I logged in and hit this bug. I
actually didn't run any commands for this to happen.

This just happened to me, same thing. Unity keeps crashing and the last
error message is "intel_do_flush_locked failed: Input/output error". The
current mesa version is the latest one available on Precise, same goes
with unity. Should we reopen this bug or file a new one?

I can confirm this behavior in Precise as well. All windows are moved to
the first workspace when I remove it from the dock. My computer is a
X220 plugged in the monitor through a dock (Lenovo ThinkPad Mini Dock
Plus Series 3).

James, IIRC, according to the rls-q-incoming process, the tag should be
added only if the bug isn't targeted to the current dev release, which
this bug is. That's why I removed the tag! :)
