kernel v 4.8.0-040800, three times performed cold boot (dmesg' outputs

Every time when I turn on my laptop using Power button I always get a
long pause at bootup. I experience this behavior about half of year or
so I think (with 14 LTS I had no pause at bootups).
I analyzed dmesg output (full printout is attached) and found that cause for

Addition to comment #11: when I start Amarok in console at bootup get:

This problem also persist In my system : Amarok with ~500 mp3 songs in
playlist takes several minutes to load at fresh system bootup. If I
restart Amarok or relogon then Amarok starts immediately.

I installed fp-docs 2.2.0-dfsg1-5. In description of that package can
find The documentation is available in HTML and in PDF. But i cant
find any PDF file in /usr/share/doc/fp-docs or in installed files list
of that package in adept app.
Same problem...
I freshly installed Kubuntu 7.10 from Desktop CD (downloaded from
http://ftp.linux.edu.lv/pub/ubuntu/kubuntu/gutsy/; and burned). After install
i configured system, installed additional packages without problems.
Finally i let to Adept to update some packages (i remember in
