What configuration file I must edit for enable dns caching (/etc/dnsmasq.conf
does not exist)?
I want fast and stable DNS resolving and I am not afraid global DNS cache
because there are no another users on my computer.

StarDict is still running

but I can't show it - there is no icons on launcher or indicators panel

I use Ubuntu 10.10 long time without any problem, but today my skype
crashed and can't start, it crashed after start, see error messages
below
