I have the exactly same bug within my R560 with the GeForce 9600M GT
Graphics Card. What's more the Fn+uparrow hotkey doesn't make any
difference when pressed down, how to get the Fn hotkeys to work?

I'm now running a fresh install of 8.04.1, with all updates applied. The
problem is still there. I changed the shortcut for switching to the
workspace on the right, to 0xe9, the ThinkPad-specific key above -.
Then, press 0xe9 did nothing, ctrl+alt+- still works.

found in the attachment), Opening it in Firefox using the UTF-8 encoding
should give you a Hello and a 你好. But I can only see 你 in the
latter word. This does not happen all time.
