kernel:Ubuntu 11.04, kernel 2.6.38-8-gener

My system is not usable anymore. Ubuntu boots, but without network and

To reproduce:
1. reboot (after suspend the bug is not reproducible)
2. ensure, that the touch-pad lock is inactive
3. start gedit / firefox
4. enter a letter in a text-field
5. activate the touch-pad lock
6. try enter a letter in the text-field => should not work
