So it appears that the way `dkms` evaluate dkms.conf has changed, such
that `$((++i))` can cause problems and skips installation of built
kernel modules. While the build itself is done by `make modules`, all
the Makefile listed entries will be built, but dkms may not install all
of them as

Resubmit debdiffs for oracular and noble built against latest core88.
While Noble is to receive oem-6.1x, fixed builds against v6.10 kernels
as well. Also bumped OBSOLETE_BY to 6.11 for main 6.10 has UCODE API
90, this has 91, and iwlwifi in netdev-next has 92.
Updated debian version as indicated
