ps1234, Just use Will's repositories and install the .17-openvz image. It worked for me, just that it's not official yet. You can always deploy Will's image first while waiting for the official Ubuntu one to be released. Thereafter, just uninstall Will's image and then reinstall the official

Oh, and according to http://packages.ubuntu.com/hardy/linux- image-2.6.24-13-openvz, it says You likely do not want to install this package directly. Instead, install the linux-openvz meta-package, which will ensure that upgrades work correctly, and that supporting packages are also installed.
