I have been having the same problems in the Dapper (stable) release.
I've been using various bash scripts to fix the routing problems. I installed
the 'wffi-radar' wifi manager and it worked right off. No more scripts.
I would suggest that you look at how 'wifi-radarr' solved these problems.

Ndiswrapper does not work with Broadcom 4320 chipset. Can not enable
radio after updateing to Dapper 6.06 from Brezzy 5.10. Also system
assigns device 'eth2' to the wifi pci card instead of 'wlan0' when I was
using 5.10.
