Not long ago, I installed Ubuntu 20.04 and isc-dhcpd-4.4.1. Right after
that isc-dhcp started hanging with no respondes to DHCPDISCOVERs. Then I
updated Ubuntu to 21.10 but the issue wasn't resolved. It happens once a
1-2 days or so.
Also there isn't any logs or CPU/M

So, it was snap-manager@fthx..
I remember installing it sometimes before the ubuntu version upgrade, I
guess. And it was gone from the notifications panel, but probably still
eating memory in the background :)

same as Dell WD-15) to 2 displays. And pretty often instead of good connection
(that just works other times) I have a blank screen on external displays and

Yes it's Dell XPS 13 that comes with Ubuntu 16.04 preinstalled. But I
have the same issue on Lenovo T530 where I installed Ubuntu manually.

After python-minimal installation and switching to intel the suggested relogin
doesn't work. I've tried reboot, but now the setting doesn't start again. This
time with a different error:
ERROR: The control display is undefined; please run `nvidia-settings --help`
for usage information.

when connected to 2 external monitors via docking station.
My setup: Dell XPS 13 9360 + Dell DS1000 USB-C docking station+2 external
FullHD Dell monitors.
