I use different medium and check md5 sum first.
And after erasing disk, installing Ubuntu 16.04, I try install Mate. In this
case all was good.

No. My install medium was good.
The problem was find after deleting all partitions into SSD. But installer and
EFI see the OS (ubuntu). I try erase disk from UEFI and after that OS was
installed.
It's a bug.
Also, when I try install Ubuntu Mate into virtual box, and now to my laptop, it
stoped
