I did a partial upgrade last night and it's ok.
the utility from System->Administration->Hardware driver found my wifi card and
I installed the STA driver.
the only issue remain for me is in the network manager applet: if I change
parameters the connection is no more viewable.

The mail notification plugin of evolution was enabled by default.
No I did not upgrade from Intrepid.
I did a fresh install and I'm installing all updates daily.
And no I did not restore an old backup of evolution. I just added my
email account and I did not touch the any plugin configuration.

But this is the default configuration, that's way I think it should be
consider as a bug. May be one solution will be to disable one of them.

I m using Ubuntu 9.04 (development branch) .
I added the widow selector to the panel.
When I start the session there is no specific icon as you can see in
attachment (in the top of the screen).
When I open windows and applications, the behavior of the widow
selector come t
I don't think it's nautilus.
some times when I have firefox open and maximized, if I open a new
window the window is open but don't show up.
try this: open firefox, alt-F10, open gedit, copy some thing from
firefox to the gedit document, come back to firefox and now open your
home folder from Pla
totally agree that should be a bug, specially for the restart notification.
If some one have a bug and forget to do a restart, the bug still here and he
can think "this bug is annoying"

I use Evolution 2.24.1 and Ubuntu 8.10
when I click to calendars evolution crashs
actually the unique method I found to access my calendars is to Gnome
calendar, select a date with an appointment then click edit
Appointments.
My actual evolut
the same as 8200.
I tried before to disable the SpamAssassin Junk plug-in but it didn't solve the
problem.

I did an update last night and I still have the same problem.
I have this message:
(EE)it fail to load /usr/lib/xorg/modules//nvidia_drv.so
normally I expect / at the end not //.
I found in system>administration>NVIDIA X Server Settings
I launch it, and I have a message saying:

I m running Ubuntu 8.04, fully updated, and open office 2.4.1.
I insert a picture in wirter, right click the picture.
