Without this package installed iwyu does not find some system headers
which makes it fail to run
The problem is that iwyu is compiled against clang 11, but installs
clang 13 dependencies

I upgraded to 20.10 from the command line almost as soon as it came out
(like 7-8 months ago), and recently Software Updater has been asking me
to "upgrade" to 20.04, see this screen shot
