Using Kmail version 4.14 on archlinux. I enabled bogofilter and I have
the problem of multiple copies (thousands!) of the same mail when a new
mail arrives. seems to be the same as this bug. If I disable bogofilter,
the problem disappear.

yes, I can confirm that I got the same problem without hugetlbfs.
Anyway, is there any reason why Ubuntu kernel team didn't set
Transparent huge pages to yes in the kernel configuration?
I did and dtill doing some test, I will post the results.

Server hardware: Intel 5500HCV motherboard, Intel XEON 5506 CPU, 3Ware 9690SE
hw raid controller with 512 MB cache and BBU, 16GB RAM, WD RAID Edition 3
disks, raid level is raid1 with 1 spare H
I reinstalled ubuntu 9.04 and the problem is now fixed. Bluetooth works
fine in vaio fw :)
