Leo: just tested by installing #154, and pinning Sudoku. After updating

I've tried it for a few installed apps, and I can see the Uninstall and
Open buttons, and they seem to work ok.

installers. The results are:
13.04: boots if I add nolapic_timer
13.10: boots if I add nolapic_timer
14.04: only boots with nomodeset, nolapic_timer makes no difference

I updated the BIOS to 2.59, actually. Throughout the whole process, I
had my externam monitor disconnected from my laptop. In this situation,
my laptop is able to suspend correctly. However, when I plug in my
monitor via a VGA cable, I cannot suspend my laptop, and the same text
reappears
