I also agree... there should be an option under the account possibly to
get the roomlist/join room? I know these are elsewhere, but it took me a
lot longer to find them than it really should. Also, an option to join a
channel by name and not just in the list should be easier to find... eg:

I can't start a chat with someone on bonjour. They can start a chat with
me, then I can continue, but if I start the chat, nothing happens.
Using pidgin 2.4.1 on Ubuntu Hardy. Worked fine on gutsy.
