I am bit new to linux and I tried to run this python code. At the first
time it asked me to install libespeak-dev and try to run the code again.
After installing it when I ran the code the sound was very weird and

I faced this issue while ago. It seems like grub-installer is not able to fetch
efi variables while installing. In live boot I ran "modprobe efivars" as root
and did installation. Everything worked just fine.
I am assuming you are installing in efi mode.Let me know if it works

I connected my Sony Ericsson T700 phone to the computer using a data
cable and select Mass Storage mode. After waiting for some time for the
memory card and phone storage to mount i gave up. No error message
nothing.
Steps to reproduce :
1. Connect
Scott : No i have the same problem. I purposely did not make another
thread because it would have been marked as duplicate. I even have the
same phone. However if you still think so i can file another bug report.

Udev broke somewhere while updating from 2.6.26 to 2.6.27
Works by replacing the files fromt he older kernel
1. /etc/rules.d/40-permissions.rules
2. /etc/rules.d/60-persistent-storage.rules

I've got an old Dell 5160, exact same issues as above. I can "fix" the
problem by going into the virtual console (ctrl + alt + f2), logging in,
then exiting (using the "exit" command). My log file is attached.
