I have exactly the same issue with Dell XPS 13 (Atheros AR3012 bluetooth adapter and AR9462 wireless adapter), Bose speaker, and the latest Linux Mint. The bluetooth is almost unusable. It's unbelievable that such a major bug is open since 2009. -- You received this bug notification because you

The package I downloaded from the Sunbird website wasn't a deb, but a tar.bz2 file, that merely needed to be extracted to use. I made a mistake by calling it a deb in my original post. Also, the only thing I remember doing to uninstall it was to delete the directory. -- Duplicate alarm
