Hi. I could fix this problem using a nVidia 8400 PCI Express with dualhead. Using the latest nvidia driver (version 180) with xinerama support activated (the support comming with the driver not the Xorg support). For now forget to use xinerama with two independient nvidia PCI cards or like that.
