Upgrade-reinstall was recently executed with Ubuntu 11.04. Problem is
cured.

I don't know how to file a bug report. That's what I was asked to enter
from askUbuntu forum.
I have Ubuntu 10.10, upgraded from 10.4. When I play Rythmbox the sound
cuts and cracks or crackles if eg Firefox or Software Manager or my
Photos files are open. I have Linux Kern
