Installing from scratch, long time after accept user account information
installer hangs. CD & DVD amd64 tested, even with kernel options
acpi=off,noapic,nolapic,edd=on,nodmraid,nomodeset. Doesn't matter
presence of internet connection. No error reported on screen. Live boots
