I updated to Firefox 21.0, but the problem is not resolved. Looks like
Download and offline viewing with Mp4 players seems to be the work
around for now, as Flash is working on Adobe and You Tube like sites
without problem.

11.04 Beta1 is installed with Telugu as install language. After
installation is complete, the Telugu is not setup. for example the India
Telugu keyboard does not show up. Selecting Language support option and
then selecting install additional languages flashes a warning mess
Addl. info: I figured out changing the fonts. When I changed the
application font to Lohit Telugu, the mismatch in Telugu and English
letter size disappeared. But English sometimes as part of shortcut keys
in menu items are rendered as boxes.

mixed text.
System font setting for Menus, application is not available in Unity, so
not able to change the font sizes for English and Telugu, hence the bug

beta 1. The upstream bugs were not attended by the maintainer, as there
is work in progress for a new harfbuzz-ng version under development.
But the target for indic support is not clear. It would be helpful

patch. Upstream maintainer has refused to update (Comments at pango bugs
indicated in bug description), as harfbuzz-ng is under development. As

In ubuntu10.04, open office 3.2.0, the output of exported pdf is correct for
the telugu character forms mentioned in this bug.
You can try to use gedit to make the problem easy to reproduce.
This can be resolved as not a bug with latest software.
