ok i got the hardy alpha 5 and the sound is ok with good quality..
the thing is that i cant hear through my headphones..
when i booted back to gutsy all headphones were ok.
someone could file a bug report pointng here??
i don't know how to do that.

the thing is that sometime it streams the audio.

i have the toshiba latop man i also have a gutsy installed i have heard abou
the dsdt fix. what if i install fiesty back on? and try the dsdt.
but the problem is i dont know how to fix the dsdt.
one tell me what to download and do on a fresh fiesty install? i dont care i
have gutsy. i would also
gutsy final released and this bug is not fixed. but it works on mandriva and
opensuse.
i am moving to mandriva. and i hope this is fixed anytime soon.

the weird thing is that sound works in suse 10.3 .. but i don't like the
distro..
